Okuden Reiki Level II and Animal Reiki Class

Are you ready to become a professional Animal Reiki practitioner?

This class is similar to Okuken Reiki training for humans, with the addition of the focus on animals. In this class, you will be introduced to the classic Japanese Reiki symbols and mantras to help deepen your connection to the energy of Reiki, thus promoting deeper healing for yourself and the animals. You will also learn affirmations and visualizations to help you connect on a more intimate level with animals. In addition, Okuden teaches how to become a professional Reiki practitioner.

In this intermediate course for animals, you will learn:

• Advanced classical Japanese techniques and meditations
• Three symbols and three mantras
• "Distance" treatments
• Healing affirmations and visualization techniques when working with animals
• The basics of professional Animal Reiki treatments

You will receive three attunements and a Certification of Completion at the end of the course.

Once trained, you are invited to join the Reiki Expansion Group. We meet the 3rd Wednesday of each month to deepen our connection to Reiki. This includes a 30-minute meditation or technique, a healing circle, then an hour of group Reiki...where everyone gets a treatment from the group. For more details, click here.

The animal Reiki portion of this class is based on teachings by Kathleen Prasad, renowned Animal Reiki teacher. To understand the basics of what you will be learning before you attend class, it is recommended that you read her book titled, Animal Reiki.
