Are you ready to truly heal on-going and life-long issues? Here, you will have the opportunity to dissolve the layers to get to the heart of the matter - to the core of your issues. Using a combination of Reiki, coaching, breathwork, inner child work, hypnotherapy, and more, you can heal at the very root of the issues. I will be your compassionate, non-judgmental, and skilled guide as you open the archive of your life and discover where you were first hurt, what coping behaviors are no longer working, and where you are blocking or sabotaging yourself. Then you can start to heal those wounds, to learn how to comfort that little one inside you who was first hurt, and to live a freer, happier, less chaotic life. 80* Plan to meet about once a week as consistency is key.
